Not at all. We’ve seen how complex some public safety software can be and we’ve designed Off Duty Blue to be the opposite. You can add officers with just their name and contact info and can start sending them shifts even before they ever register their profile. You can be set up sending test shifts in minutes and most departments have their entire organization up and running in a few days.
Yes you can. We’ve found that import tools can be pretty finnicky with formats that aren’t just right, so please just send your roster to info@offdutyblue.com and we’ll make sure everything is formatted correctly before importing the list on your behalf.
No problem, most organizations need a little tweak or modification here and there, just get in touch with us at info@offdutyblue.com or book some time on our booking page to meet with someone from the team. We don’t charge for new changes or department requests as long as they can benefit other departments on the platform.
While most solutions are more detail oriented (detail transactions to be specific), Off Duty Blue is department oriented, meaning we’ve created the application to be modular and flexible, empowering departments to use it for more than just off-duty details. Many of our departments use the application to manage regular department overtime, special events, and grant spending.
