    • Point of contact name and number

    • Time zone selection
    • Number of offices needed
    • Event location
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Department administrators are notified upon submission of your request to review and approve
  • Once approved, you will be notified and the detail is shared with officers for them to apply
