Key Steps #
1. Dashboard Overview 0:00

- Open the Off-Duty Blue Officer portal.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Upon logging in, you will see the Dashboard displaying available shifts.
2. Viewing Available Shifts via Dashboard 0:12

- The Dashboard shows the top three upcoming shifts based on timelines.
- You can view all available shifts and your previously applied shifts.
3. Managing Unsubmitted Timesheets via Dashboard 0:49

- Check for unsubmitted timesheets on the Dashboard.
- Click on a timesheet to edit or submit it.
- Enter the start time, end time, and any comments related to the shift.
4. Clocking In and Out 1:06

- Use the ‘Clock In’ button at the start of your shift.
- At the end of your shift, click ‘Clock Out’.
- The system will automatically register your clock-in and clock-out times.
